Changes of domestic carton processing machinery in recent years

From the changes of corrugated box production machinery in recent years, the technological progress and existing problems of corrugated box processing machinery and equipment are discussed as follows:

1. The improvement of single side machine technology for pressing corrugated board: the diameter of preheater of single side machine is increased, and the diameter of corrugated roller is roughened. For example, the original diameter of 26cm corrugated roller has been changed to 32cm. The heating capacity and forming effect of corrugated paper are improved. In foreign countries, cold corrugated board processing equipment has appeared, that is, ultrasonic wave is used to make corrugated shape.

Corrugated roller of single side machine: the high-grade single-sided machine has been improved in the structure of traditional single-sided machine to meet the needs of rapid replacement of different corrugated types. The method is to adopt positive pressure rapid replacement for different corrugated roller replacement. But for the wear resistance of corrugated roller, there has not been a great improvement in the past ten years, and the market expects more durable corrugated roller to reduce the manufacturing cost of corrugated board. In addition, noise caused by high speed operation of corrugated roller and noise pollution to surrounding environment should be regarded as the improvement of corrugated machine in the future.

On single side machine, the more advanced sizing method has been changed from manual control to cylinder pushing sizing, and the sizing width of corrugated board can be controlled.

Supply and circulation of glue: the limited supply of glue by potentiometer is used. For corrugated board automatic production line, automatic glue making system appears. But many corrugated box manufacturers with single-sided machine, their rubber making equipment is relatively simple, many are local materials, production is very irregular.

Power transmission mode of single side machine: the new model has cancelled chain driven corrugated roller, pressure roller and rubber roller, and changed to gearbox and universal shaft to drive the above-mentioned parts. The single-sided machine paper guide and the supporting plate have been cancelled, instead of vacuum adsorption type. The advantages are that the water vapor on the single-sided corrugated board can be quickly dried, the dryness of single-sided corrugated board is improved, the corrugated forming is good, and the replacement of the guide paper sheet and the supporting plate is subtracted, and the maintenance quantity of the equipment is reduced.

2. Paper clamp shaft head on the web support: the new paper clamp head of the non axial core support on the single machine has been changed from square and cone type to automatic expansion paper clamp shaft head. The problem of breaking the core of the drum paper drum by square and cone type paper clamp shaft head has been solved, which leads to the breakage of the end edge of the web paper and the failure of use, and the utilization rate of the original paper is improved.

3. The paper is changed on the automatic line to realize the automatic and fast paper receiving by the paper receiving machine. The success rate of paper receiving can reach 98%. This method not only saves raw materials, improves the quality of corrugated board, but also provides more safe working environment for operators.

4. Slitter of slitter: the traditional bowl knife has been replaced by the thin blade of Wugang and Fenggang, which improves the integrity and beauty of the cutting of corrugated board, and reduces the cutting paper chips of corrugated board. But the cost of thin blade is higher, so further reducing the cost is the target of market expectation. Although the price of Fenggang thin knife is low, it has poor durability.

5. Corrugated board crosscutting machine: the crosscutting machine has been changed from mechanical to speed measuring wheel, data processing by the applicator, computer control cutting length and production quantity, which improves the processing quality, processing dimension accuracy and processing quantity accuracy of corrugated board.

6. The width of the processing of the cardboard line is increased, the machine speed is increased and the capacity is increased. Although this reduces the labor force and makes the manufacturing cost of corrugated board slightly lower, more input of high-speed corrugated board automatic production line further intensifies the fierce competition among corrugated box industry, reduces the employment rate of personnel, and many high-speed corrugated lines are in idle waste state, and increases the maintenance cost of equipment.

7. In order to effectively utilize heat energy and reduce energy consumption, many manufacturers use steam recovery compressors to send high temperature condensate into boiler for reuse by closed-circuit circulation system, which improves the efficiency of waste heat utilization; the inverter for main motor is controlled on corrugated board automatic line to save power. There are also new features in environmental protection and energy use: in order to reduce the pollution of coal-fired boilers to the atmosphere and soil near the city center, the market share of corrugated board processing equipment using secondary energy (such as diesel oil, petroleum liquefied gas, natural gas and electric energy heating) is increasing, especially for single-sided units using secondary energy. For the running deviation of the conveyor belt in the hot plate, the automatic deviation correction facility is added.
