1. For food composite bag printing, the roller pressure should be adjusted appropriately; if the ink color is too heavy and the solid base is too large, it will easily stick to the ink roller. Therefore, the pressure of the roller should be reduced before the vacuum composite bag is printed, and more additives or adhesives should be added to the ink to make the pressure uniform. When the packaging bag is printed, the rubber will be rubbed if it is not careful; if the ink is too heavy or the solid base is too large, it will easily stick to the rubber or stick to the ink roller. Therefore, the pressure on the roller should be reduced before printing, and the lining in the rubber should be reduced. In order to avoid rubber sticking and rubber rolling, it is necessary to add more additives or adhesives to the ink. At the same time, it is optimistic to avoid double sheets, multiple sheets and paper skew, and the pressure is even and the rubber is not rolled.
2. The printing of food composite bags is the same as other printed products. It needs to be correct, otherwise its quality will be affected. When printing, adjust the height of the front gauge and the height of the side gauge press board according to the thickness of the paper. At the same time, adjust the pressure of the press wheel and the brush wheel on the conveying board, and tighten the paper conveying cloth belt if it is loose. If the rules are not good when the machine is turned on, check the paper feeding and the pressure of the paper roller and the pressure roller in time; for thicker paper, the pressure of the paper roller and the brush wheel should be heavier. And detect the paper-off time and the time of drawing the rule, as well as the transfer time of the side rule and the swing tooth, and solve the problem in time until the upper and lower and left and right rules are correct.
