Don't print directly on roll adhesive paper. Some small printing plants do not have a die-cutting machine, manual paper cutting, knife edge is not smooth enough, size control is not good, there are no certain rules, easy to cause normal paper. In addition, the self-adhesive web cut itself has a certain degree of curl, unable to flatten, automatic suction sheetfed offset press can not be normal paper and printing.
2. Pay attention to the following points when using the self-adhesive:
(1) Just cut a good self-adhesive paper, the best air for a period of time, the incision of the glue dry, and then machine printing.
(2) When cutting paper with a paper cutter, it's better to cut the paper in a more standard way.
(3) After the paper is cut, the glue in the interlayer of the self-adhesive paper will be squeezed out and stuck on the edge of the paper. The overflow glue must be removed. Otherwise, double sheets are easy to appear in printing, and even the paper can not run normally, thus affecting the overprint.
(4) If you are in a hurry to print, you can use talcum powder to spread on the cut of the self-adhesive paper to dry the adhesive.
(5) If you use self-adhesive paper, the paper can not go to the front gauge, you need to lower the paper feeding roller, extend the paper feeding time of the paper feeding roller, so that the paper reaches the front gauge, to achieve normal paper feeding and printing.
(6) After printing for a period of time, it is necessary to wipe off the glue under the side draw gauge, teeth in its mouth, and the pressure paper ball plate, and then wipe it with alcohol before printing.
(7) As the self-adhesive paper itself is two layers of paper, plus the interlayer contains a layer of glue, then the general number of equal grams of paper even heavier. When printing thick self-adhesive paper, it is necessary to increase the gap between the ball plate and the roller to ensure the normal paper running.
In addition, a variety of self-adhesive paper, there are copperplate self-adhesive, glass card self-adhesive, and plastic film self-adhesive. When printing different self-adhesive paper, you need different amounts of water and ink. Pay special attention to keep the balance of water and ink.
