Printing paper is generally used by the publishing house in the printing plant, its consumption is generally large, and the variety is often more. In the process of printing books and periodicals, there will inevitably be broken or damaged paper, poor quality paper that can not meet the printing requirements, and scraps produced by cutting cover and inserting materials. Processing and utilize those defective materials and corner materials can save paper for enterprises and reduce the cost of printed matter.
Inferior use and processing use
Degraded use refers to the use of paper that can meet the requirements of offset printing according to the product quality standards for relief printing, or the use of paper that should be used for rapid rotary printing for other printing methods that do not require strict paper requirements.
Processing use refers to the rewinding quality is too poor, there are broken or other damaged web and flat paper, after appropriate processing, and then used for printing.
Post-processing
Some broken paper can't be used for printing after processing and can be sold after cutting and finishing. For example, the stacked roll surface of the web paper picked up because of the crevasse, the half of the flat paper cut because of the broken or wet water, and the paper with serious paper defects such as crevasse, fold, hole, and dirty spot can be cut into 8-open or 16 open small cut paper, which can be sold to cultural goods stores and other units after treatment.
No processing
Web packaging paper, printed waste pages, etc. should be collected by classification and sent to the waste purchasing department. The paper scraps that are not stacked on the roll surface, scattered white paper pieces and white paper scraps such as paper edge and paper wool shall be provided to the paper mill for making paper again after pulping. It can also be used by relevant departments to make cards and small packing boxes. The wood splint used for flat paper packaging and the cylinder core of web paper, except for individual damaged and broken ones, should be handed over to the paper supply department for unified recycling.
